Answer : I found it: Outside the Mistveil Keep Barracks door (labeled on local map) there are 3 barrels and 1 is labeled Thief cache. It has Glass Arrows and other misc items. To clarify - you have to enter the Keep Barracks, go up the stairs, then out the door to 'Riften'. The 'Thief Cache' barrel is up there. Answer : There are other things going on in Winterhold that could be affecting the weather. If you follow through the mage guild / college quest, you'll get an idea of what's troubling that region, and it's possible they'll elaborate further in DLC. It's likely by design that you cannot use the shout there. Actually, if you use the shout inside the Courtyard of the college, the weather clears and stays clear as long as you don't step out of college grounds... Weather turns back to snow almost as soon as you step back on the bridge to Winterhold... Might be linked to the fact that the town was destroyed by the elements while the college hardly suffered. The most likely explanation is that the town is indeed cursed, and the college warded against the curse somehow, and the Thu'um is not strong enough to overcome the curse without the help of the college's wards.

Answer : Legacy of the Dragonborn is a mod that allows you to fill an entire museum with all the unique items from Skyrim and more (3500+). This mod has compatibility patches with a lot of other mods in case you use those to incorporate their unique items as well. The best feature i.m.o. of this mod is that it also helps you find unique items from time to time. It does not 'mark' the items, but if you go to the museum and stash your items after exploring an area you can at least filter all the museum items through the drop-off chest in the working area or the various shipment crates throughout Skyrim. After that you can sell the rest yourself or use the selling cart feature of the museum. Note that you do need to start a new game for it to work. Also, read the manual and various disclaimers on the main page of the mod so you don't run into any surprises. Answer : It seems indeed that there is a bug related to thieves guild leadership: If the player completes the main story arc before doing the side and improvement quests for Vex and Delvin, Brynjolf may not interact with the player and instead repeat that he is busy and that he will talk to you later. Consequently, becoming the Guildmaster will be rendered impossible. This may be a part of a bug where Karliah disappears and does not appear in either the Nightingale Hall or the Twilight Sepulcher. She does, however, return to the Snow Veil Sanctum where you first encounter her. Possible Fix: Run outside when finishing your first interaction with Brynjolf. You need to run outside as quick as possible by going to the ladder and exiting. You should see the quest update pop up reading: "Started Under New Management". Answer : The Dismiss Steward mod allows you to dismiss stewards. I admit I haven't tried it yet but if you really want Lydia fired, I recommend making a save, downloading the mod, and giving it a try. Just make sure that you have a save from before you installed the mod just in case something catastrophic happens. There is but one way and its to slay her, she cant go back to breezehome because her home has been changed to your other house, if you kill her, you can recruit new stewards in after her, but if there is a way to return her there, i dont know of it.
